After 8 years in agency recruitment, Ben moved in-house to build top-tier tech teams for brands like Trainline, Checkout, and Moonpay. Specialising in sourcing talent and collaborating with hiring teams, Ben excels at crafting smooth, effective interview processes to rapidly scale engineering teams.

    Believing there will always be a place for agency recruitment, Ben is passionate about modernising the industry to enhance the hiring experience for all.

    Accomplished career in agency recruitment across two respected brands, Matt has seen a lot. Through his initial success as a software engineering recruiter, to scaling successful teams, starting a consultancy offering, and building an executive search practice, he's gained a unique perspective on the industry.

    Matt has experienced the good, the bad and the uglies that are all too common in agency recruitment and is passionate about moving the industry forward with a low-ego, streamlined, and honest approach.
